Sandra Davey Snuggs
Changing Faces® Denture Clinic in Sussex is lead by experienced Clinical Dental Technician Sandra Davey Snuggs. Sandra has undergone a high level of postgraduate education achieving a Diploma in Clinical Dental Technology with honours from George Brown College, Canada. Sandra then continued her education and was awarded a Diploma in Clinical Dental Technology from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2007. She has over 20 years experience working as a Dental Technician and along with her husband Keith, also owns Bosham Dental Laboratory based in West Sussex. The laboratory is on hand to offer technical advice and assistance to the denture clinic when required.
In her capacity as a Clinical Dental Technician, Sandra has developed some close working relationships with a number of Implant Dentists throughout the Sussex area and is currently based within Strand Dental Practice in Worthing. The practice strives to set new standards in dentistry and shares the Changing Faces® ethos of high quality denture care. Strand Dental's Implant Dentist, Ross Drybrough, works closely with Sandra. Both Sandra and Ross have a keen interest in implant dentistry and the use of dental implants as a benefit to denture wearers.
Sandra has been involved in the creation of dentures for use on dental implants for more than 20 years, whilst Ross has gained additional qualifications in dental Implantology, from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. By attending the Changing Faces® denture stabilisation clinic patients can learn about the many advantages of implant retained dentures and benefit from their combined knowledge and technical know-how.
Appointments are also available with Ross for general or cosmetic dentistry. He offers comprehensive oral health checks to patients wishing to undergo treatment for Changing Faces® partial dentures liaising with Sandra in the design of partial dentures that will improve function and perfectly restore a smile.
Sandra attends many symposiums and courses in Clinical Dental Technology in the UK and abroad so she can continue to offer the latest innovations in denture care. Sandra is also part of the International Team of Implantlogy study group for Clinical Dental Technicians and is an active member of the British Association of Clinical Dental Technology.
Sandra prides herself on building close relationships with her patients and providing people with lifelike dentures.
